It is with deep sorrow that we share the news of the passing of Lance Peach, an esteemed member of the Counties Sport Fishing Club and a dedicated sponsor for numerous events hosted by our organization. Lance, an original club member, breathed his last on the 4th of December, surrounded by his close-knit family.
His departure leaves an irreplaceable void in our club, as we fondly remember him not only as an accomplished fisherman but also as a cherished friend and supporter.
Lance Peach was more than a sponsor; he was an integral part of the fabric of our club, contributing not only his resources but also his passion for the sport.
His expertise and love for fishing were evident in the countless successes he achieved aboard his launch, Diesel. Lance’s achievements resonated not only within the club but also throughout the Bombay community, where his presence was felt and appreciated.
As we come to terms with the loss of Lance, we reflect on the indelible impact he had on our club’s growth and success. His unwavering commitment and enthusiasm served as an inspiration to fellow members and aspiring anglers. Lance’s legacy extends beyond his achievements in the fishing world; it is etched in the camaraderie he fostered and the memories he created during his time with the Counties Sport Fishing Club.
To honor and celebrate Lance Peach’s remarkable life, a gathering will take place on Saturday, 9th December, at 1 pm at the Bombay Rugby Club, located at 30 Paparata Road, Bombay. This memorial will serve as a poignant reminder of the joy and passion Lance brought to our lives and the enduring impact he leaves behind. We extend our deepest condolences to the Peach family during this difficult time and stand united as a club to pay our respects to a man who will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
