It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Gabriel McShane, a beloved member of the Crossmaglen community, who departed peacefully on the 3rd of December 2023 at The Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast, surrounded by his cherished family and friends.
Gabriel, a resident of Rathkeeland Park, will be remembered for his warm heart, infectious smile, and the positive impact he made on the lives of those fortunate enough to know him.
Gabriel’s parents, Michael and Anna, along with his siblings Colin, Cathal, and Michelle, mourn the loss of a son and brother whose presence brought joy to their lives.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and camaraderie, as evidenced by the outpouring of grief from his brother-in-law Paul, sisters-in-law Lidia and Edel, nephews Ryan, Ronan, Jack, Charlie, Nathan, and Cian, and nieces Aimee and Kayla.
A pillar of strength and support, Gabriel’s influence extended beyond his immediate family, touching the hearts of his extended family and countless friends. His departure creates a void that will be felt by many in the community.
