After Joshua D. Stueber passed away on November 29, 2023, the Fond du Lac community is in a state of deep sadness. Joshua, a beloved resident, passed away at the age of 42. His warmth, compassion, and cherished memories will live on in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know him. Joshua, the cherished son of Douglas Vossekuil and Sue Stueber, came into this world in Fond du Lac on November 13, 1981.
His life was defined by a steadfast determination and an inherent talent for making everyone around him happy. His genuine warmth and contagious laughter brought comfort and peace to many around him; he was a shining example of positivism. Joshua’s influence reached far beyond his immediate family and touched the hearts of many in the Fond du Lac area.
He was deeply committed to numerous local programs that sought to promote unity and support, demonstrating an endless capacity for true caring for others.
The loss of Joshua is indescribable, but his vivacious personality and boundless kindness will live on in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known him. In remembering a dear member’s life and the kindness and generosity he brought to the world, Fond du Lac is grieving his passing.
The community is still trying to come to terms with this devastating loss, but Joshua’s legacy will endure through the joy he provided to people around him, the love he offered, and the generosity he offered. Even though he is no longer physically here, his memory will continue to shine brightly, encouraging others to treat others with kindness and compassion.
The community comes together to celebrate Joshua D. Stueber’s life, remembering the influence he had and the memories he left behind. We will always hold his spirit close to our hearts because of the precious times we enjoyed with him.
